STUDIO & MODEL PHOTOSHOOTINGS

1. Booking and Payment:

   - Clients are required to make a booking in advance to secure a photography session.

   - A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

   - Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or online transfer.

   - The studio reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the specified time.

 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

   - Clients must provide a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling of a photography session.

   - Cancellations made within a certain timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

   - The studio may offer a rescheduling option depending on availability.

 

3. Studio Policies:

   - Clients are responsible for their own belongings and equipment brought into the studio.

   - Any damage caused to the studio equipment or property by the client will be the client's responsibility to repair or replace.

   - The studio maintains the right to refuse service to any client who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.

 

4. Copyright and Usage:

   - The studio owns the copyright to all images taken during the photography session.

   - Clients may only use the images for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.

   - Clients are not permitted to sell, reproduce, or publish the images without prior written consent from the studio.

 

5. Image Delivery:

   - The studio will provide the edited images to the client within a specified timeframe.

   - The delivery method may vary, such as through a digital download link or USB drive.

   - The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to the images after delivery.

 

6. Model Release:

   - Clients may be required to sign a model release form, granting the studio permission to use the images for promotional purposes.

   - Clients have the right to decline signing the model release form.

 

7. Liability:

   - The studio will take reasonable care to ensure the safety of clients and their belongings during the photography session.

   - The studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the session.

 

WEDDINGS

1. Booking and Payment:

   - A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure the wedding date.

   - The remaining balance is due 2-4 weeks before the wedding day.

   - Additional charges may apply for travel expenses or extra services.

 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   - If the client cancels the wedding, the retainer fee is non-refundable.

   - If the photographer cancels, a full refund will be provided.

   - In case of rescheduling, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date.

 

3. Image Delivery and Usage:

   - The photographer will deliver a specified number of edited high-resolution images.

   - The client receives personal usage rights for the images, allowing them to print and share for personal use.

   - The photographer retains the copyright and may use the images for promotional purposes.

 

4. Photographer's Responsibilities:

   - The photographer will make reasonable efforts to capture the key moments of the wedding.

   - The photographer will edit and deliver the final images.

   - In case of unforeseen circumstances, a backup photographer may be assigned.

 

5. Client's Responsibilities:

   - The client will provide a detailed schedule and list of important moments to be captured.

   - The client will ensure that necessary permissions and access are obtained for the photographer.

   - The client will cooperate and assist the photographer to ensure the best possible results.

  - We kindly request that guests using their phone cameras be considerate of the photographers' work      and avoid obstructing their view or causing any disruptions.

 

6. Liability and Indemnification:

   - The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the wedding.

   - The client agrees to indemnify and hold the photographer harmless from any claims or liabilities.

 

Please note that these terms and conditions are general guidelines and may vary depending on the photographer and the specific contract. It is always recommended to review and discuss the terms with your chosen wedding photographer before signing any agreement.
